I was around 2.9k total level and I beaten G21 part 2 with chain cast firebolts and final hit beam sabers with wings of eclipse for Tagar. Only Tagar was any difficult too because she wouldn't appear inside the red circle when you try to position her. Talvish is only annoying if he casts celestial spike after his judgement blade or vice versa since you can't cast crusader skills twice in a row, but I somehow managed to beat him without him using spike.
