UPDATE: So I created a guild with some of my new friends. All of the players who are affected by this issue don't even show up in the guilds list as being registered in the guild. When they attempt to talk in the guild % chat they receive a system message saying that they are offline. They still however, take up capacity in the guild, they are just unable to be messaged through the messenger system or use the chat.
