  • They Made a Car.....

    The scooter was at least vintage and close enough to steam-punk to make sense to run on the kind of magic-alchemy hybrid that powers guns. The food truck looks more like a food stall with wheels that uses magic to fly. But a modern car just is the point where it breaks immersion. I also don't like those chairs from the Recovery of an MMO Junkie event where you're sitting at a computer desk.

    I would have preferred they at least release cars in the style they were when they were first invented. Steam-punk and vintage can blend into a fantasy world well imo, but modern stuff does not.

    Support is not even good as I had heard so far, although those who said its not THAT bad were prob just lucky they had some kind of base.

    All you have to do is tell them WHEN it happened and they can check the item logs from when you last had this item.

    I mean they can easily be like, ok player had this item yesterday, player now doesn't have this item today. What happened to it...oh ok. It wasn't dropped, sold, destroyed. I guess I will send a replacement.

    They can tell exactly what happened to an item by checking the logs. Every item has a unique id number. It's not 50/50 as long as you make a decent enough effort to provide as much documentation as possible (making their jobs easier btw) even if you don't have screenshots.

    AND REMEMBER TO BE POLITE. They don't need unnecessary bleeping about whats wrong with the server because THEY ALREADY KNOW. Stick to the details of your missing items.

    I had multiple issues during the Fantastic Memory event and they were swift when giving back lost items and lost quest progress. I remember back in like 2010ish when I lost an item from a channel crash and my ticket was ignored for so long that they just sent me some pons in the mail as an apology. Now, that isn't the case at all. Their customer service has improved greatly and as long as you're polite and give as much information as you possibly can, then they'll be able to help you.

    I don't think refunds are possible, but send in a ticket and make sure you remember the time and date that it happened, and they'll be able to look into your acc. info. to confirm it happened, then they can get you a new item and hopefully it'll work correctly that time!

  • [Announcement] Limited Cash Shop Availability

    Well, first we weren't allowed to buy VIP after that service broke from the update, then when that was fixed and I tried to re-new my guild service the web shop page couldn't be found. My guild ended up expiring and we lost our stone's spot in Dunbarton. If you would have extended the free week of VIP to cover the amount of time the services were down, and my stone hadn't poofed, I would still be buying service every month like I have for the past 10 years. But since our stone's spot was lost to another guild on Nao by now anyways, I'm going to discontinue purchasing service until we're ready to start up recruitment again, and I may even consider only buying service when we're recruiting and letting our guild just not have a stone anymore. Poor management and no compensation for the time services were down just lost you a loyal customer. If our stone has to be in some out-of-the-way spot now, there's really no reason to have service anymore unless we're recruiting. This is the only game I've seen that makes you pay for a guild anyways, it's really a rip-off.

  • Nexon pls tone down the amount of concurent events

    Yea it really was such a burn out doing all of the Fantastic Memory events. I had to remember to log in and do my event every single day for 2 months without missing too many days or else the Lord of the Seas outfit would never be mine. Not to mention my cat was sick and going in and out of vet visits frequently during that time, so I had to find time to remember to do my boring recycled event on top of all that stress for 2 months straight. (cat is better now btw, i was afraid she might die but medicine helped her)

    I wasn't even really excited for the new stage because it was dropped in the middle of Fantastic Memory and I just thought "I have to do MORE now?!"

    I know I don't have to do every single event, but I enjoy collecting outfits and homestead things, and I really enjoy the music stuff in Mabi so the rewards for the Fantastic stage whatever was appealing to me too. But it was so much at the same time.

    I'm ignoring the current attendance event because I'm just burnt out from doing the Fantastic Memory one now.

    I am excited for the new upcoming Halloween event, it's my favorite holiday, but if any other events are tagged on along with it I'll be ignoring those too. It's just too much at once.
