  • New support puppets

Yui and the Fate/Stay support-puppets both featured unlimited-timers, shield-generation, special-attacks, the enemy-radar, map-reveal, and orb-locator abilities, alongside the ability to talk to their users (which can override the Imp during commerce). The new support-puppets are guaranteed to have unlimited-timers (if Ancient Variety), enemy-radar (if not Useless Variety), map-reveal (if not Useless Variety), and orb-locator (if not useless variety), but are almost absolutely-guaranteed to not talk with you (Belisha never did this either).

Due to the extreme cost of getting Yui - somewhere around 30 Million + (at bare-minimum) - and the FSN Support-Puppets being even rarer (due to their Gachapon being non-spammed, since no-one wanted undyable-items from the FSN-event), you would be seriously-advised to just pretend these items don't exist.

While I don't yet know if the new Support-Puppets have a special-attack feature, or a shield-generation feature, I am going to generally assume they do. Assuming they have both these features, then the Ancient Variety - with its unlimited-timer - would be inherently-superior to Belisha, which - up until recently - was the only Support-Puppet in the widely-affordable range. Still - even if they're missing these features - their unlimited-timer (Ancient Variety only) would still make them more-practical than Belisha, as most people generally forget to ever turn Belisha on (making her worthless 100% of the time).

  • Elitism in PUG parties...

    To ShouK:

Pick Up Group... PUGs are players you didn't specifically ask to join, they joined more because the party was left open to the public.

    To Apologist:

I would advise at least trying to look like you're doing something, even if they're nuking everything so quickly you can't do much of anything. However, I do perfectly understand your frustration when there's nothing left for you to attack half the time. Still, keeping up the appearance of trying - versus flat-out giving up - will generally keep everyone much happier.

  • KR gets another VIP update...

I'll admit that although I do spend money on this game, I only once ever purchased VIP in order to start a Guild (and that was back when they were giving a free random pet alongside it). The problems raised here are real, the VIP - as it exists within the US - offers nothing of value anymore (and what little it does offer is mostly deprecated). Except for the few power-merchants who have a reason for home-ownership, the average player simply can't justify it at all. I'd seriously consider using it if more in the way of relevant features were added.

  • Utawarerumono x Mabinogi

I'm happy that the giant-bird-pet-thing - Kokopo - can be purchased directly, rather than through a Pet-Gachapon like other countries had. So congrats on that, Nexon USA! Although I'm not personally drawn to these outfits, I'm sure the mere fact they're dyable will lead to them being far more profitable - in comparison to Fate/Stay's selection - for both players and Nexon alike (especially since they're much cheaper to attain, no less).
