There are two things I'm noticing and I'm wondering if it's a bug or because I'm missing something on my end: Blaanid is no longer where she used to be standing in Dunbarton, and the letter I'm supposed to take to Alexina doesn't exist either. When I try to talk to her it doesn't initiate any dialogue related to the memoir. Am I stuck or is there another way for me to finish this part of the quest?
