    It actually depends on if the Echostone gives the weapon/armor or accessory version of the reforge line and if it's a damage add or not, in the case of Smash it provides the weapon version so it will stack with accessory smash levels but if you equip a smash reforged weapon only the highest will apply. Or in the case of a line like Dual Gun Max damage it will apply from the Echostone, weapon, and accessories because they also apply in that very rare case where you can roll two lines of them on the same piece of equipment, which isn't the case for lines such as smash damage or any of the duration/cooldown lines.
    It's rather inconsistent and no one has bothered compiling a list of which is which, at least in english, so I understand your confusion on the matter, an easy way to test this ingame is to reforge lucky rabbit foots until you roll smash 1 on one, roll smash 1~2 on a cheap npc weapon like a dagger, and roll a red echostone until you have smash 1~2 (ideally different level for the weapon and echostone so you can see highest only applies), after obtaining those simply smash a wall and do the math based on your highest hits and your max damage vs the damage add from the reforge levels, you don't have to take my word for it if you believe I'm lying for some reason.

    SEO doesn't work the same in 2016+4 as it did in the 90s the spiders basically don't care about keywords or spamming related websites with your link anymore, it's all about dumping cash into advertisements that more and more people just block, and paying for integrations with independent talking head "Youtubers" and "Streamers" with large followings which to be fair Nexon NA doesn't do.
    You also need to consider computer MMO RPGs are falling out of popularity in favor of "MOBA" (PVP Tower Defense) and the resurgence of (Team) Death Match under the Zoomer termed "Battle Royale" because they're more pick up and play/braindead genres and don't require the investment of an RPG combined with the fact the average American works more than a medieval serf just to live in a 1 room apartment full of black mold and roaches and an empty fridge with 50 grand in college debts to get their minimum wage job.
    There isn't a "Silver bullet" that will make Mabi "more active" or have "full channels again" because society is changing, advertising has changed, people's priorities change, and hell that's not even getting into how anti-social the culture has gotten due to the rise of social media and the dissolution of local community interaction, no MMO is going to be as big as "the old days" anymore we just have to accept it and make the best of what we have.

    I'll end by saying, if you, whoever is reading this reply, feel the game is dead, just go talk to some people and make friends quit being akward about it, theres nothing better than a good firm handshake as ye olde Boomer would say, be the change you want to see or that change will never come.

  • F2P vs P2W / Server-RAM / Archer-Set / Questions

    On a related note, I cannot cheese arc-lich for additional exploration experience because it was buffed a few months ago to be hydra-immune.

    How am I suppose to prevent others from getting exploration experience too? ;-;

    Even more than griefing purposes, how are we suppose to collect it for transformation mastery aside from gachapon handing out the medal?

  • Duel Wielding Idea for Elves

    As for Melee dual wielding, it's been completely obsoleted on humans between Erg upgrades immensely favoring 2H (50 min/max +300 splash radius +50 def/mdef/prot/mprot -15% non-racelock close combat cooldown reduction) sword to 1H sword (21 min/max) and the Final Hit buff for 2 handed weapons that was added in the second giant update that added Final Strike.
    On giants dual wielding has a niche use of reducing Smash's cooldown to 1.5 seconds from the usual 2.55 seconds you would have on your erg 50 Borealis/Massive Despair, so in combination dual erg 50 Frosted Borealis Hammers with one being Ego'd for the bonus crit damage and crit cap (2H has +5% crit cap when using smash naturally that you lose out on too) you can potentially juice a lot of dps out of Smash with a combo card, but aside from that you're losing defenses from your shield and the ability to take 1 damage with large shields+defense skill, losing Final Strike's 20% damage bonus for 2hs and gaining no extra hits or speed as it's fixed attack rate regardless of what's in hand, and probably most importantly losing the 4 piercing levels you would get with Meteoroid/67 floors(/Solitude if you meme and waste a dblade on giant instead of using on a human that actually benefits from 90% splash dmg ratio).

    Dual wield in general could use some rebalancing, but really Elf in general needs it more not just because I want the 2 grand I spent on rebirth cards to actually have some meaning outside of enabling an extra 3 lord runs a day and reminding me how much of a scam trade unlocks are. But shoganai Devneko kusai, there is only shoah for Elves on NA, and in parallel with Lennart Poettering and SystemD if it isn't a problem on his machine (in KR) then [NOT A BUG WILL NOT FIX].
