When I try to reach Kanna in the Baltane Squires camp, I can't get any farther than the edge of the top of the ramp or the edge of the flooring from the other side. It acts like there is an invisible boundary box around her. This is somewhat game-breaking for me, since I can't get to her to finish her current training mission and she is not available to use in any regular squire missions.
