I understand having restrictions on items for lower level players but the pet adoption medals only being allowed to be bought with nx prepaid rather then credit is not okay I suggest we should remove outrageous lv. requirements like having to have a total of 32000 to buy them seriously it should only be like a total level of 2k that's reasonable for majority of players to use and have to grind a bit for the new players, cause I technically just wasted 10 bucks on an item I can't even purchase last of my money was a Christmas gift and can't even get it.. this should change asap before they are gone please please please! I CAN'T EVEN BUY PREPAID CARDS IN MY AREA AT ALL!
