    Any chance VIP could be temporarily reactivated until the issue is resolved? I don't believe this would lead to any loss of sales, since VIP's unavailable in the cash shop, as long as the issue you're encountering isn't related to VIP on accounts, but just VIP in the Cash Shop.

    It never had that requirement as far as I know, since every new character (before and after the Chapter Info QoL update) gets the Sense of Loss immediately after completing everything that counts as the introductory tutorial. At the same time as you get that quest, you'll also get G1's initial quest.

    The previously mentioned Court Case is license by the Supreme Court for tax embezzlement because companies could collect tax but never remit it to the thousands of tax zones in the US and no one would ever know.

    Thing is, NX counts as a virtual good for all intents and purposes. It might not have a use other than for buying in the games' cash shops, however they are selling a virtual good rather than a service, and as such fall under no restriction regarding this.
