  • [UPDATE] Addition of Sales Tax When Purchasing NX

Here is a list of zero percent sales tax states:

    Alaska
    Delaware
    Montana
    New Hampshire
    Oregon

Zero percent sales tax states come with great benefits, like no free healthcare. I don't get why you're always so pissed off at everything; if you don't like the game and the way the company functions, nothing's stopping you from just walking away.

  • Maybe recycle whats left of Peria into mabinogi

That's impossible in so many ways. If they were to redo Mabinogi using the groundwork they had for Peria, then maybe, but character data and more wouldn't be transered over. Otherwise, you can't use Peria's stuff to "fix" Mabi; it's apples and oranges here.

  • Quest Deletion

While I understand the point of this, I don't think it's a good idea. I do have the "Artifact Investigator" quest that I wish I could get rid of because I already have the skill, but there's too much risk for this to be viable.

Having worked in video game support for a while now, I know just how much some players can be stupid, and it's unfortunate that because of them, the good and smart players can't get nice things. For example (and assuming that a non-daily quest can't be obtained again), abandoning Artifact Investigator would mean the only way I can get the Artifact Investigation skill would be to rebirth as Treasure Hunter. While I'd also want an option to delete Event quests for events I don't care at all about, this would also have people deleting them mid-event and then realising they can no longer participate in the event.

If the quests weren't permanently deleted, then I'm not sure how they'd prevent certain conditions from fulfilling over and over. For example, reaching Rank 9 in Exploration Mastery will automatically give me the quest, and if I abandon it, it would just give it back immediately or on the next login since I'm still Rank 9+ in Exploration Mastery.

TLDR; No because people are stupid.

  • Enchanted Music Box Event

What about the bard bag. :(

Not sure why you expected a Bard Bag, because it's not one of the rewards. Everything's listed in the announcement/ Once (if) the Music Appreciation event comes around that was previously postponed, then you'll get the chance at obtaining a Bard Bag.

  • Increase the bank's gold capacity (again)

Now calm down, boy. Not once did anyone call you a gold buyer/duplicator. The thing is, though, that a lot of those who'll benefit from that are the rich, encouraging needless inflation, and a lot of people who have a bunch of gold didn't necessarily get it the old fashioned way. Also, it won't increase the sale of reforges, since that's not the way the reforge marketing system works.

It's meant to encourage you to spend a dollar for a boost, and then another when you didn't get the boost you want. Selling reforges for Gold means the buyer (not the middle man) will stop once they run out of gold, whereas forcing them to spend a dollar might incite them to spend another and will only limit them by their wallet. It's scummy, but it's the way it works.
