weird.. i rebirthed into merch on the first day after maint too but only got 2x until recently. then it changed to 4. oh well it's a good thing so won't complain!

1. red bandits spawn every 6pm game time at towns with a commerce trade post (theres a thread in General with locations). this is unrelated to commerce. it works kind of like pillow fight event. killing red bandits drops badges and hitting the boss once gets 1 badge too. you don't have to kill boss. i don't think you get anything for killing boss either hes just there to kinda distract you.

2. you can get badges from trading in goods when commercing. 5k+ profit = 1 badge, 10k+ profit = 2 badge, 30k+ profit = 3 badge.

3. elephant chair daily quest: help out at each town's trade post. pick one trade post to help at per real life day. give the goblin dude 5 red badges to complete daily quest. when you do all the towns you get the chair.

4. gift boxes: at the town you picked for the day you can also give 5 badges to goblin for 1 gift box with a homestead prop in it. you can do this 3 times a real life day. when you traded for a gift box 10 times you get wood chip prop. when you traded 20 times you get the avalon gate shiny tree. when you traded 30 times you get treehouse. (i think this is what people are saying happens? the announcement is way too vague.)

@NekoLily wow.. yup, nice catch. the announcement is wrong compared to what you actually get in game.

Week 1 > 6 Hours: Incomplete Rebirth Potion and Double Combat Skill EXP Potion (2 Hours)
Week 2 > 6 Hours: Incomplete Rebirth Potion and Double Magic Skill EXP Potion (2 Hours)

both of these do not give combat skill exp 2 hours potion or magic skill exp 2 hours potion, they both give "Incomplete Rebirth Potion and Complete Skill EXP Potion (1 Hour) (Event)" like you said.
i've been keeping all my event rewards together in a bag and after 2 weeks had 6 Complete Skill EXP Potion (1 Hour) (Event) when according to announcement should only have 4. also did not get the 2 hour potions at all.

like Iyasenu mentioned earlier in the thread there's also another mistake in the announcement:
"Additionally, for Hour 4, the prize is not a "Double Combat Skill EXP Potion (2 Hours)" it's a Double Combat EXP Potion (2 Hours).
So not the one that doubles training, but doubles the levelling EXP you get from killing monsters."

wowowow.... PLEASE, PLEASE FACT CHECK ANNOUNCEMENTS........
especially with so many inconsistencies recently - last 6 months or so.
i don't know how it works at nexon NA, to give the benefit of the doubt maybe they had no way of knowing it was wrong until actually logging in for 6 hours, but in that case if there could be a GM or other staff member playing this event to pick up errors like this and correct it as soon as it becomes apparent that there's an error. MohawkGuy logged in for more than 6 hours at festia during the cheer event with the glow sticks so it can be done.
