    It acts without regard to another's feelings without any logical dictating it. Of course, it depends to an extent on the reasoning behind it, and wording. Dropping it in front of them after they ask is a pretty jerkish move. It is just spite, and spite is meaningless and petty.

    I think it's more like, if you can walk in here and request to be healed, you're healthy enough to confirm that you can pay before you're healed.

    It might be a different thing if someone found us unconscious and brought us in to be healed.
