Well, AR/IS/FB/Thunder/Shock needs some RNG for drop as well so.... I think it's okay.
Only thing that bothers me is that some of drops are affected by CP.... (field mobs)

not to mention the ace skills if you don't rebirth into an ace talent or create a char with an ace card (which luckily everyone will be able to do soon)

as for those who can't handle a place like coill abyss (like me) or the polar hornets... the crystals are tradeable. guildie of mine tried it out and confirmed it
