Maybe so. But profit is profit. I mean hell they have absolutely nothing to lose by giving us the revamped VIP service and everything to gain. So there's really no good reason not to implement it.

Seems like a pretty poor business decision to continue not giving the NA servers the revamped VIP service. Since more people would definitely be willing to buy VIP service if it was something actually worth people's money like what KR has gotten. But instead we just get a trashy ultra outdated service model that is pretty much a waste of people's money given the current state of the game. It simply doesn't offer enough of relevance to be worth the money anymore.

Honestly they should really replace whoever is in charge of making such decisions at Nexon NA with someone who has more business sense. Because apparently they must somehow believe Nexon is getting more profits off of offering a super obsolete outdated VIP service model. Even though anyone with even half a brain could tell that more people would be willing to pay for the revamped service model.

I said it before and I'll say it again. Nexon is a business not a charity. If not for gacha buyers how would you even expect a F2P MMORPG to keep running? Because Nexon and no other MMORPG publisher in existence would keep a game running if it's not making them money. That's just how these things work. P2P games rely on a steady flow of cash from player subscription fees to stay alive. Meanwhile F2P games have to rely on gachas. Because that's what has been proven to be most profitable in the F2P model. So obviously a business which is looking to make money is going to do whatever is most profitable.

Would be nice if they could just leave Echo Stones out of things like gachas. Since putting such things into gachas only just ends up killing the need to actually run the new content.

I don't even play an Elf but even I think it's quite stupid that they haven't given Elf players the option of dark skintones after all these years. Honestly there's already way too much downright asburd modern day things you can have in the game at this point that shouldn't even exist given the setting of the game. Such as living scooters/food carts, electric guitars, a video camera, and probably even more stuff I'm not aware of. So if they apparently consider it fine to go inserting modern day stuff like that into a game like this then I see no good reason for why they can't just give Elves darker skintones already. That and honestly it seems like it would realistically and logically make more sense for the race living in the bloody desert to have the darkest skin color options anyways.
