My elf still has this hairstyle and I absolutely refuse to rebirth her so she won't lose it. I wish it was made available to us again but the first time was a glitch, which caused issues for some players (i think something about it showing up in the ego feeding window and players were feeding their hair to their ego which broke their character?). I also think Nexon said it would never be made available to use since it was never intended for player customization. Nevertheless, I definitely support this!!
That's really odd. You can try to file a ticket with customer support, explain the issue, and then see if they might be able to change the character name for you.
A revise on their training methods would be nice but I don't think things needs to be made easier. I'm one of the type of players who enjoyed grinding and spending hours/days to train them, which in turn gave me a sense of accomplishment and be proud of myself for sticking with the grind to complete them.
The game already has training seals, reforges, and events, such as Double Rainbow, etc. to help with making the training of life skills easier/faster.
Hmm I've never heard of this happening before and I rarely use the launcher. I wonder if others have had this issue. Or could it be that your client had an error, which closed the game on you, then it "updated" for repairing your client. Just speculating.
I wonder if you can file a ticket about the issue in order to get you're elite pass replaced. I'm sorry this happened to you.
