That's 9% drop rate, I'd say it's a good pull.

Only AP used to rank up the skills are refund.
If AP used for training were refund, then that would make AP training virtually free.

I had a similar issue on my previous computer.
Some resolution wouldn't fill the screen as they should (most likely due to the fact that a non native resolution was used)
If you have a Nvidia GPU, I suggest trying to change setting on this screen (on both "Scaling" and "Size" tab) :


If you don't, I assume the same kind of parameters exists somewhere, but I can't help ^^;

Well, if you consider your shurikens were doing enough damage, you can keep them.
But if you want the best of the best, yes, you have to make new ones (assuming you can't remove artisan).
