Ever since this was introduced, I do all my Outlaw hunting at the Tailteann map (not Fire Emblem). It has more "ambush" or bandit spawns compared to other areas. However, before I do my hunt I usually have done a couple of runs of commerce trading. I don't do it as a method but I just realized it, I guess it helps.
Commerce trading and outlaw hunting is similar to the treasure hunting mechanics (not the skills) where the L-rod is equivalent to your cargo and the bandit-ambush is the hidden treasure. The ambush spawn-point, like the treasure, is affected universally for all the channels in a server. However, unlike a treasure which gets advertised for every channel once it is discovered, the bandits will only appear in one channel of that server. Yet like a treasure, once uncovered, the bandits will not appear at the location again for some amount of time or until after a server maintenance.
From what I understand the "spawn area" has more than one spawn point where bandits appear, this is just my theory. The bandits will appear near and around the area and can be revisited each time to trigger bandits to appear. The bandits will not appear at the same point but that general area. I also notice that some spawn-areas overlap and are next to each other to make bandits seem to appear in a broader scope.
This problem came about when Nexon decided to open personal shops free for everyone to use without rules and regulations.
In some games I used to play, before Mabinogi was even around, there were set prices or even a cap to how much anything should be. They worked much like the licence for Personal Shops. These measures somehow managed the gold in-game.
The difference of a new-player from a veteran was like only 50k to 500k in most of the games I played. The average difference was ~100k. Everyone can buy anything without feeling poor after a purchase.
Even if there were bots around, no one was any poorer or richer than the next player. The bots can be killed by anyone in most the games, and sometimes they disappear with in 10 to 30 minutes of spamming (you know "buy gold" ads).
Nexon, if you're looking for an idea for a new game, take Mabinogi further instead.Upgrade the graphics of the game and the engine, so it's easier to put out updates. Keep the combat overhaul for the cash shop.Thegachapons should be 25¢ up to 50¢, like a quarterthe candy/toy capsule vending machine in the grocery storeor the supermarket.By the $20 amount they should give you one of everything, or by a set amount, people can continue buying them to fill the market. However, the overall build of the game, like you did would beas it is, is great. Maybe overhaul some quests;makingmake the combat maybe more graphicallook better overall. Mabinogi has a lot of potential as a game, especially if the mobile port is coming to the PC.
- The period ends the point of an idea. It can divide one idea, and another, in a paragraph.
- The comma should make the idea in any sentence, before and after it is used, easy to understand. The sentence inside the commas should still make a valid point, even if it was removed altogether.
- The semicolon is the comma and period put together; it is a pause in the sentence which could either extend an idea, or insert another idea. The colon introduces an idea.
- To type the "¢" symbol for cents, hold the Alt-key then type 0162. It works better with the Number pad keys.
