Commerce Event (Unable to deliver Red Badges)
I was able to talk to the commerce npc in Dunbarton to become the main character for the event quest. I received the quest and registered to do commercing in Bangor. I went to Bangor and got my 5 red badges, and I talked to the npc commerce in Bangor named Digo, the npc also has a highlight above it so I know I'm supposed to give him the red badges.
The problem is, when I talk to the npc to deliver the red badges, there is no option to deliver the red badges. Is there anyway to fix this, or am I doing something wrong? I assume it's a bug or glitch.
