Unable to Finish Taming Journal

Ever since the dungeon revamped where the bosses were buffed, it has made it impossible to tame extremely strong monsters like Banshees and Demi Lich. I tried using the Master title, Tupai 2nd Title, Life Exploration Taming Rod, and Hot Spring Taming Bait; but, it still doesn't work. The only thing I have not tried is Taming Reforges but even then, I still don't even think it's possible. Will this ever be fixed? Control of Darkness is in a similar dilemma.
