What affects the theater mission pass weave rate?

I'm working on GM missions and trying to get HM passes for theater missions makes me want to kms
Are there any other things that affect the success rate besides:
-Luck stats
-Harvest Song
-Rain Casting
-Weaving Rank

Would getting Dan in anything help?
My friend's guild mate has a 99% success rate How On Earth
