Arrow Revolver Glitch - Fixed

I take on the arrow revolver quest and it give me the arrow revolver book but it can't be open or enchantable with page. What is going on? -Alexina Server

    nvm im dumb. i thought this was like advance mage spell quests where you had to put the page into the book to enchant instead ACTUALLY USE IT to enchant
