Nexon pon problems

Hi,
I bought pon so I could buy the Merlin character upgrade. When I try to upgrade my character the website it pulls up says script error and that I'm gaming offline. I have yet to upgrade my character or see how much pon I have please help me.

Well, I certainly read this thread title wrong.

You need around 39 pon to rebirth, and cannot keep it next rebirth. That being said, I recommend you take a screenshot of said error message. It would be simpler. Have you also retried starting the game?

I am sorry for the wording issue. I do have a screen shot of both error codes but could not figure out how to post it here. I have tried restarting several times. I know I have more than 39 pon but I can't even see how much I do have.

You should be able to pull up your pon balance from the dressing room button.
