Christening Blades

I've been trying to rank Christening Blades recently (Judgment Blade sub-skill), but whenever I get a critical hit with the skill, it doesn't count for the skill requirement. Is the sub-skill training bugged or should I use it on Girgashiy, not just any mob?

    Do you have points in the sub skill when you're training? If you don't have enough points into the sub skill to get to your current rank you won't receive training.

    It's 1/1 and it doesn't receive training.
