I'm not sure if it's just me or anyone who's purchased a Rem/Ram partner recently (purchased a Ram yesterday 9/5), but during Character Creation, I'm always getting stuck at the customization window. The bottom right corner gets cut off, freezes there, and prevents the customization from being completed.
Full-screen hasn't been working, which was one of the things I tried in hopes of preventing that customization corner from getting cut off.
Also tried launching the game on the original Mabi launch, as well as Stream.
And er.. also just tried pressing enter.

I have the same problem (it happens with creating any partner for me), I have a win7 though so what I do to fix it might not work for you (it looks like you have win10?) but yaaa

drag the mabi client up like so and stretch the bottom down, and you should have enough space
edit: images arent showing up for some reason so im just leaving the links, sorry about that ><
My screen is stretched as far as it can go, full-screen mode doesnt work for me,
and also tried locking and un-locking the taskbar.
The customization is still stuck there/ wont show the button to create partner.
Probably shouldn't have cropped my image so close to the edge of the mabi window, but its stretched to the bottom right corner where my PC's local time is showing, up to the upper left corner
Press the 'Menu' button in the bottom bar ingame and select 'Options'. In the window that appears there will be 'RES' listed with the current resolution that the game is set to display in. you will want to select a higher resolution (this will cause the ingame menus to shrink and fit within your screen space).
Oh, it looks like this works.
Ty! Been trying to figure this out for awhile
