Palalan Embrace Does Nothing
Problem: Using Palalan Embrace does not give any buff. Happens only occasionally.
Steps to repro: Use Palalan Embrace and watch the screen. No buff text is displayed and no buff is given.
I have been using Palalan Embrace daily since reaching Potential lvl 30. This problem started happening only 2 or 3 maintenances ago. Prior to that, it always gave one of the random buffs.
