Can I bank trade the coupon from character to character?

    Just buy it on the alt u want and retrieve it via his/her cash shop tab. Then go out and have fun.

    I think they mean if they store a hairstyle, that hair coupon can be transferred.

    you can't trade a coupon if it has hair stored in it period. it can only go in the bank tab of the character that stored the hair, and another character on the account can't even grab it. The coupon can be traded before any hair is put into it though, I believe
