I'm having the same issue, no active quests. Any resolution?
This is super annoying an I am tired of having events designed in a way that they don't work

Yep yep, well aware. It was way past time for the quest to reset. This error occured twice, waiting over 24 hours to regather.
I seem to have fixed the issue for now.
