  • Event Heads-Up! 10/10/19

    You know I completely forgot to spend my melodies. I just got my Lord of the Seas outfit and that was the only prize I cared about and totally forgot about everything else lol. There wasn't anything in the prize shop that got my interest, though, since most of the stuff expired so I really don't care about it. I'm just happy for the outfit <3

  • Dungeon Reward Rate Increase Event

    We really need 8 people being allowed into dungeons to be permanent again. I don't mind if the drop rate goes back to what it was after the event, but having only 4 people enter the dungeon has completely killed guild mat grinding nights. Completing Alby Advanced Hard Mode used to be fun and something my guild and I would stay up till 4 am doing. I don't mind that dungeon being longer now with beefier monsters, but the fact that we can't take 8 people is what really kills it for us. It's not just about being able to complete the dungeon quicker, it's also about socializing with the guild while doing something productive all night as well. Now the only larger party options we have are lords, 2 regular shadow missions, memento, and raids. And the only ones off of that list that have rewards that are worth anything are memento and raids.

    Grinding for celtic mats with an 8 man team used to be fun, sociable, and productive because that's one of the few mats without insane drop rates and weapons that are actually worth something. Now it's just not an option if I want to do something with a larger guild, and having less to do as a guild has contributed to it dieing off. We're not completely dead but we're definitely not as big as we used to be and there isn't really a reason to recruit more members since you only need 3 friends to play the majority of the game. Heck, we may not have ever needed a server merge if the dungeon entrance # wasn't decreased to 4 people. I really think that's the biggest contributor to this game's death. Please set it back to 8 people permanently.

  • No more Fantastic Memory Bag Royal Pouches?

    Oh I didn't even realize that the game shows you where you're at! The event window is too big for my computer screen, even switching it to fullscreen there's part of it that's cut off. But I should be getting another one tomorrow! Also I completely missed the 3rd pouch in my inv. when I was looking to see how many I've gotten. Thank you so much for pointing that out!

  • Mailbox bug found

    Hey, just logging on to say I still have this bug. Thankfully, I'm not having the bank glitch that's been mentioned, just the mailbox. I finally got around to submitting a ticket about the issue, myself. Though, if you got the response that it's a known issue already then at least it's being worked on. I would still suggest everyone effected by this to send in a ticket, even if we all just get told it's a known issue, so that Nexon at least knows who all is effected by this. The more reports they have, the more known instances they have to investigate.

    Also, if you do decide to submit a ticket, or talk to their live chat support, remember to be polite and patient with them. If they're treating you like a nuisance then chances are you may have been rude, passive aggressive, or just generally negative when reporting the issue. Remember the people answering your tickets are normal people with 9-5 jobs. None of this is their fault, it's an accident, but lots of people treat Nexon support like they broke things on purpose. Customer service is one of the most soul-draining jobs there is. Don't be a Karen. :P
