From my understanding KR Mabi has a dedicated mobile app for managing squires. Since I highly doubt we're going to get that in NA, the next best QoL would be to lessen the friction of managing them in game. Thus far we can remotely assign missions, and look at their stats. My suggestion is to be able to assign training for them too. It would be a 3rd tab along with "Mission" and "Confirm Mission". While I wouldn't touch the interactivity of having conversations/counsel/going out, I don't really see the difference between assigning a mission versus assigning training aside from actually seeing them train. Would make things much more convenient when say you're in an instance but their time is up. A few clicks and you're back to grinding.
