Hi, I've seen in a number of places where it says Gem upgrades are needed for special upgrades, and I have seen Instructables on reforging and on special upgrades, but how do you Gem upgrade?
What I have figured out so far is that it takes specific gems and you have to fully mod the weapon, and you have to have it at 100% Prof
I'm doing the Vales Great sword and have Gems that exceed the requirement and have maxed out my normal mods.
So exactly how do I Gem upgrade?
I've seen some people say you need to ask the NPC about upgrade details
but what NPC?
the option does not seem to be available in modify from any Smith I know.
