I passed the Fireball Dan 2 test with an S Rank and did not receive the option of Advancement Ceremony/The skill is not rankable
Were the rules changed that you needed to get a rank above S in order to go from D1-D2 or is it glitched because of the event removal?
Anyone else have this issue or know why I did not receive my advancement?
