    I'm not entirely sure, as there isn't a way to link your stream to your profile page.

    I'm thinking it must be given to you manually though.

    Yeah you just set up a streaming channel, make it about Mabinogi, message Sabina. She will give you the badge.

    Since I technically own a defunct guild, that's how I was able to get the guild leader badge.
