Getting an Acorn through leveling

Hello, I noticed this the other day after getting my squirrel doll bag that every time my char leveled up I gained an acorn. At first I thought it might be extra acorns from bingo that I didn't clean up, but it became apparent yesterday where I saw in system chat that leveling gave me an acorn.
