Okay so it was to my understanding that if a character reaches level 200, they get an additional x2 training exp to their specified talent, thus giving you x4 training in your chosen talent. Well, I just got my character to level 200 for the first time, and I'm still only getting the regular x2 talent training. Did I misunderstand the bonus incentive or is this a problem in the game?
