[FIXED] Shuriken Charge Dan Test
Problem : Even with today's (November 9th 2017) patch, shuriken charge's test is still bugged.
Expected : Ability to advanced to Dan 1 with requirements completed.
Method to Reproduce : Have completed the advancement test while the skill was bugged prior to November 9th.
