Constant shutters in gameplay
Basically Mabi runs fine but every 3 seconds it lags for a split second idk can anyone help

Have you tried going into options and checking the option for Hide Quest Info?
If you have a lot of quests, this causes lag every few seconds as it checks your position relative to all the quests you have every few moments.
I don't have mine hidden because I don't have a lot of quests on this character, but I check it when I log on my other characters because they have a large backlog of quests.
