Chat Settings - Blacklist Does Not Work On Bubbles
What happens now: Messages continue to show up on-screen despite being from blacklisted users.
What should happen instead: Messages containing blacklisted phrases should not make it through at all.

This is for player names and certain chat tags like <COMBAT> or <PARTY>.
So, unless there's a character named "gold" or "cat", adding those words to the blacklist won't do anything.
It also doesn't stop chat bubbles from showing up, it only keeps that text out of your chat log.
The right click -> Blacklist feature only affects characters (and summoned Golems) and makes it so you can't see them or hear their chat.
