Server Maintenance and Time Question

Just wondering.... during Server maintenance periods is In-game time suspended or does it tick on? Say I am making wine and waiting for a 7:45 (real time) barrel change but server is off for from 7:00 - 9:30 or 2.5 hours, would I then expect a 10:15 time for barrel change or try to rush back as soon as server reset ends 9:31?

    It keeps ticking.

    So if the time to change the barrel is during a maintenance, you'll want to log in as soon as possible to change it.
