Constellation Event using old dungeon system
I was doing the Constellation Event dungeon at Barri last june 29 a few minutes before the 7:00 am PST reset of that same day
while searching for the key for the last room before boss room I got disconnected my game crashed and when I returned
I didnt get a replacement for the pass it didnt transported me back inside the dungeon like its supposed to do after the dungeon system were updated
the dungeon acted like how it used to be from before the update
I posted this in general chat in forum to ask if others are experiencing the same issues and somebody suggested that i should send a support ticket
I planned to do so and see if they would send me another pass but then i thought what if same thing happened in the future
the event still has many days and I think i could complete it even without getting back the pass i lost
so I think it would be better that this issue would be fixed instead

Also, you really don't want dungeon revamp in old passes. Revamped dungeons have stronger monsters so it means more tedious runs.
