Enchantable Wings from Recent Abyss Dragon Gacha

I tried to put the fine enchant on my new enchant-able wings so I could test if All type enchants could be put on wings and it didn't work. The advert for the wings doesn't specify that it's wing enchants only and I feel that All type enchants should be able to go on wings since they can go on everything else, like the amazing fine enchant.
