Did not get life drain skill
Issue: G9 was completed in full, and then upon reaching the final mission of G10, I noticed that the life drain skill was missing. The requirements shown in game and in wiki site say that the skill would be received after a mission in G9.
Steps to reproduce: Uncertain, but I believe that the game crashed as I completed the mission that would have given me life drain in G9, I only noticed that life drain was missing upon reaching the end of G10
Expectation: To have the life drain skill available

Edit: Resolved the issue by tagging along on another player's G9 Scouting Mission, and was got the skill after completing it
