As the title implies I can't launch the game I get the following error message:

Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program C:\Nexon\Library\mabinogi\appdata\client.exe
R6025
-pure virtual function call

I do have McAfee installed on this computer, is that the issue here or is it something else?

    Mabinogi uses the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributables. Check to see if they are installed in your system. If they are not...

    If you're on 32bit, use this link to download and install it:
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328

    If you're on 64bit*, use this link to download and install it:
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13523

    *For 64bit, install both the 32bit (install 32bit first) and the 64bit Redistributables.

    If your A-V is definitely the culprit, adding exceptions to it for the entire Mabi directory should prevent it from interfering.
