Which of these have the better debuff and which would you lvl 200 age 1?
I haven't found much info in the snowman's debuff nor on the scooter imp's debuff to make a comparison so if anyone knows, that'd be great

    According to the wiki scooter imp'so stun debut lasts 5 seconds that deals with heavy defender instead of mana deflector.
