A Merchant licence which is purchased from the bank also you might want a Shop Brownie to watch your shop also purchased from bank without the brownie you have to sit at the shop yourself or leave a pet to watch otherwise it disappears
To place your shop on the top right corner of your bag it says personal shop just hit that
Also dunno the prices on your gear stuff varies your best bet would be search the Auction house or shop board for those items see what others are selling it at and go from there
