    You can only have one personal shop bag, doesn't matter which one you use though. Some are larger sized then others. If you want more space to just carry things you will have to get additional bags that are not shop bags (or use pets, bank space or alt characters to store things) you can get these from events, commerce, cash shop on occasion or from other people selling them.
