Judgement Blade leveling

I'm trying to level the technique Redoubled Offensive and have to get my Judgement Blade to level 1. But, it requires fighting Apostles. Outside of the generations, where can you find Apostles to fight???

    Once you've completed G19 (Divine Knights), you can fight Apostles by accessing the Alban Crest on the left side of Bean Rua. Keep in mind that only Shield of Trust can be trained Solo - all others will require you to join a Squad.
