G23 "Eye Spy" quest.

So I am doing the second half of G23... I'm not sure if my client is glitching or what but I have been trying to do this quest where you Meet far darring at the entrance. I am supposed to play Rock, paper, scissors... I've sat here playing for a long time nothing ever happened. I retried ad let far darrig win then use the quit option, Still nothing is happening. Can someone explain what I'm supposed to do to get my quest to accept it???? I searched for this but so it nowhere, sorry if this has been asked already.

    Okay so apparently for a few people This new location of the island glitches a bit. If you are having trouble try channel changing at least 3 times, That's how I fixed it.
