Turning Melee Weapons into Magic Weapons

It would be cool if weapons could be enchanted, using the enchant skill and/or the magic craft skill, to become magic weapons that apply magic weapon mastery.

Some ideas are:

- 100% of blaze damage (If the wiki is correct, combat wands give a 20% blaze bonus and regular wands and staves reduce it by 50% so a x1 multiplier is a good middle ground)

- Critical chance on the melee weapon applies to magic as well

- You can run in meditation

- Durability is used when using magic

- You can't use intermediate magic or advanced magic

- You can't use fusion magic (this would be to keep wands relevant compared to these weapons. Lore can be something like enchanted weapons not being able to handle mixing erg and too much mana unlike wands, etc.)

- After becoming a magic weapon, the weapon loses 50% of it's total min and max damage (It can still get full damage from the weapon masteries)

- Dual Wielding doesn't double the bonus magic damage from magic weapon mastery

Basically it would be great if this could be added but not be overpowered or cause wands to be replaced. It would be an option for people that want to use magic and combat together but focus on the combat side over magic.

People will still be able to benefit from close combat bonuses like Assault Slash/Charge Splash, walking with counter, Smash status effects, Bash, etc. I feel that combat wands are more on the magic side as a weapon. Combat wands will still have things like more blaze damage, access to intermediate magic (Savage Wands), access to fusion magic, Wand S special upgrades (magic attack), and wand spirit weapon bonuses.

To be quite honest it would be really cool if they could do a whole magic/physical combat system based around this. I know Merlin Ace tried a little bit to combine Martial Arts and Magic, but Physical Combat is in desperate need of a revamp anyway and doing a magic/combat merge with this mechanic sounds like a really fun idea. Normal physical combat just doesn't get the job done anymore compared to newer skillsets like Chainslash. I think doing this would be a great way to mix physical combat and magic combat.

You could even have special weapons that could chain cast certain spells, like a fire sword that can chain cast firebolt once it's fully upgraded. Or an ice sword that freezes enemies when you smash them, or a lightning shield that stuns enemies when you charge them. Find ways to mix certain skills together. I'd buy the hell out of that if they made weapons like that.
