Cannot make Phantasmal Amalgams with Magic Craft

The Phantasmal Amalgam is no longer in the create menu, and if you put the remnants in the Materials window, it says that nothing can be made with them. When did this happen? and Why?

    its not broken. you aren't using phantasmal sight when crafting.
