tarlach's locket missing

I am a new player here. I am trying to finish "the 3 missing warriors" RP dungeon. For this, I need "tarlach's locket". For whatever reason, I lost it. It is not in my bag or my bank. Wiki says that I only have to talk to Steward again with the key word "the 3 missing warriors". Steward did not give me tarlach's locket, so I am stuck right now. What should I do?
